Hayato (ハヤト, Hayato) also known as Blue Shine is the Sub-leader of the Sun Rangers. He at first looks like he can make calm judgment, but tends to panic.
A year later he quite calm, and serves as a staff officer for his rich military knowledge. He is skilled shooter who uses a rifle to pick off the enemies one by one.
