Koutaro (コタロー, Kotarō) also known as Green Shine is an officer of the Sun Rangers. At first, he was struggling to deal with no unity in the troop.
After one year, he has grown and served as advisor role in the troop. He is responsible for explosives, disturbances, measuring the range of enemy in combat.
