The anime adaptation Invaders of the Rokujouma is produced by Silver Link, under the direction of Shin Ōnuma and music by Zero-A. The anime has been licensed by Sentai Filmworks for North America and MVM Entertainment in the UK.[1] The series aired between July 11, 2014 and September 26, 2014 in Japan on Tokyo MX, BS11 and AT-X.
Plot[]
Koutarou Satomi is starting his high school life living alone. He finds Corona House room 106 with an amazingly low monthly rent of 5000 yen. He soon finds out why the rent so low, when he discovers the apartment is haunted. Things quickly escalate when an alien, magical girl, and underground dweller all come to invade the room for their own reasons. Thus starts the war for room 106!
